In 2008, for the first time, we take a closer look at local nonprofit capacity and examine how the capacity of the nonprofit sector in different parts of the County matches up with the needs profile of the local population. While this question is relevant in the best of times, it assumes immense importance in the context of the unsettled fiscal and economic situation facing millions of County residents.
